Linda Cruse constantly calls my phone harrassing and threatening me. She refuses to give me her caompany's name and she keeps insisting that I give her my credit card or checking account information. Who can I report this woman to?

I might have an idea how this company gets our numbers and details. I have recently started, but not completed an online application for the USA Greencard lottery. Ever since then me and my parents have been bombarded with emails and these weird calls started. Has anyone of you done something similar? That would explain how these people got so much information about us.

I am being called at least four times/day, from 0800 hrs to 2100 hrs. No message is being left on my answering machine, just taking up space. I am tired of it and would like to have it stopped.

I received a call from this number 8 times today. Left a message on my cell phone to have my attorney call him back bacause I had a lawsuit against me for failure to repay a payday loan. They do not give you much information. Asked him to send me whatever documentation he had regarding the lawsuit but then puts me on hold for his "legal manager" .... I just hung up on him because I know this is a SCAM.

do not answer calls from this number. other websites suggest it is a scam and do not call back as you will most likely get charged!

They called me at 8 am this morning, and yesterday a similary number (different last 2 digits) called me at the same time.

called i missed the call tried to call back and got a voice msg saying that the number was either disconnected or unavailable at this time

the person on the other line was very crass and was telling me when i asked to speek to a suporvisior that he was going to put ihm in A** or maybe in P**** and was just rude
